PT-Together Free Webinar: Episode 8 - The most essential skills every private practice owner must develop and hone right now

Apr 24, 2020 - 14:00 (EDT)
1 hour
We are in the midst of a virus and fear-driven economic crisis. Times of crisis present both danger and opportunity.

This webinar is designed to guide you through the creative thinking and strategic analysis required to minimize any potential danger and help you reposition your focus to find the incredible opportunities that are emerging and will continue to develop, in this post-COVID-19 reality.

The world, society, culture, and the economy as we knew it is over. We will not return to “normal.” There will be a very different “normal,” and it will bring with it incredible new opportunities for those who find them first.

First: Don’t look back.

Close the door on what you did and how you did it before. Shut the door to that bygone era. Most everything has changed since.

“When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.” –Alexander Graham Bell

Second: Act fast.

More than a year before the United States formally entered World War II; General Douglas MacArthur warned, “The history of failure in war, or in any other human endeavor, can almost be summed up in two words: Too late.

Too late in comprehending the deadly purpose of a potential enemy. Too late in realizing the mortal danger. Too late in preparedness. Too late in uniting all possible forces for resistance.”

Third: Be the solution.

This webinar is designed for clinic owners and business leaders to help you find how you can be of HELP. The basic premise of business is—find a perceived need and help fill it.

Those needs have changed, opening up a tremendous opportunity for fast-acting and innovative entrepreneurs and business leaders to be a White Knight—to gallop in gallantly on a white horse and help save the day. In doing so, you will be celebrated greatly and rewarded handsomely.

Right now, you have an opportunity to be a hero. A hero is simply an ordinary person, put into an extraordinary situation, who takes action. That is what I am prompting you to do with this briefing—take quick, decisive, and massive action to be a solution provider in this brave new world.

This webinar is designed to help you find the answers you need to turn this crisis into your catalyst for growth. To put this into Churchillian terms, this has the potential to be your “finest hour.”

"Of this, I am quite sure, that if we open a quarrel between the past and the present, we shall find that we have lost the future...Let us, therefore, brace ourselves to our duties ... and [people] will still say, “This was their finest hour." -Sir Winston Churchill

We are counting on you. Bring us your best.

This special, one time webinar is not for everyone. It is for you if you:

  • You are in a position of leadership responsibility for a business
  • You have a team that is counting on you for strategic vision
  • You are looking for new and exciting opportunities in this new economy
